Hydration is the key ingredient in getting your body to work properly.
In our most basic blend of vitamins and minerals, your body will reap the
benefits of fluid balance. Electrolytes are not included in your daily water
intake and are lost when you are active and busy throughout the day.

Basic hydration is not only important for your basic day to day health, but your long term health as well. Basic hydration probably has more of an impact on you than you think. It can impact how well you sleep, your cognition, and even your mood. Mild dehydration is shown to impair concentration, alertness, and short-term memory. When your body loses water, whether it be through sweating during a workout or a night out drinking with your friends, it stops preforming optimally.


Working for your body from the inside out, basic fluid balance keeps people feeling good. Replenishing electrolytes will allow reactions in your body to take place while preventing bad bacteria to grow where it should not. This treatment allows you to ensure you have reached optimal intake of hydration fluids. Plain water does not contain electrolytes, which are minerals found in your body that are essential to the proper function of muscles, the pH balance of your blood, and more. Electrolytes are naturally lost when you sweat. Your body does not produce electrolytes on its own, so these minerals must be replaced daily by ingesting food, beverages, or supplements.
